Region: San Pedro Necta, Huehuetenango Meters above sea level: 1700-1900m Tasting notes: Raisins, chocolate, sweet, full body This is a small holder lot located in San Pedro Necta, Huehuetenango and is grown by the following producers: • Gabino Mendez • Juana Mendez • Diego Jacinto • Jose Cardona • Lorena Jimenez • Pedro Jimenez The Morales family from Finca Aguacatones and Rosma are based in Huehuetenango. After successfully finding homes for their coffee, Fredy, along with his brother Alex and wife Yadi, embarked on a small-scale project to support neighbouring smallholder farmers. They shared their expertise in quality and coffee processing, amongst other skills, assisting these producers to improve their crop.
